Boehly told £80M man ‘would jump at chance’ to sign with Chelsea

Chelsea have been urged to make a shock swoop for Man United star Harry Maguire this coming transfer window

Rudiger has been brilliant again for us this season, but with his contract out in the summer and the fact he cannot agree a new contract, Thomas Tuchel recently admitted that the powerhouse will be leaving the club

That means that Tuchel will need to delve into that transfer kitty in the window and add a defender to the side that can do the same job as the German star – which has led to all sorts of speculation in the media.

But stunningly, Chelsea and Tuchel have been told that they should make a move to try and secure a transfer deal for Maguire – who is heavily tipped to be sold by incoming Man United boss Erik Ten Hag

Harry Maguire may be the captain of the club, but he has been awful for United this season and there have been many calls from fans, pundits and people in the media for him to be dropped and then sold in the transfer window

Pundit Richard Keys explained: “They need a centre-back. Harry Maguire? What would he cost? £40/50 million? I’m pretty sure he’d jump at the chance of a new start”

Fans will not want to see the club make a move to sign a player that has looked awful in the Premier League this season – Maguire is far too slow and much too unreliable at the back to spend some serious money

We cannot believe that he is still United Captain and we cannot believe that Chelsea would ever listen to Keys
