Chelsea are ready to try and raid PSG for the services of defender Presnel Kimpembe

Rudiger has become one of the best central defenders in world football during his stay at Chelsea, and the fans love his hunger, desire and determination on the pitch as he always gives 110 per cent

However, he is out of contract at the end of the season, and with the reports that we cannot do any business until the club have been sold, Thomas Tuchel recently admitted that he will be leaving the club

That means that Chelsea will need to delve into that transfer kitty and sign one or two defenders in the transfer window, as Andreas Christensen has reportedly also agreed a move away from the club

The 26-year-old is apparently a big fan of the head coach after the pair worked together in the French capital, reaching the Champions League final, and the World Cup winner is questioning his future at Paris Saint-Germain and could be ‘tempted’ by a move to Chelsea to reunite with Tuchel

It’s claimed the Frenchman has always felt a move to the Premier League would be an advisable next step in his career and that the lure of working with Tuchel again is a ‘tempting’ one.

Tuchel guided Chelsea to Champions League success last term, something which Kimpembe is yet to taste in France.
