The agent of Jorginho has told Chelsea that he could leave the club in the summer transfer window.

Jorginho may have had the best of starts to life last season, but he has started to come good this year and has become an integral part of the side this season.

Frank Lampard loves the midfielder and is keen to keep him at the club, and had no interest in trying to get a transfer deal done, but his agent has opened up and stuns fans in video below.
