Chelsea interested in completing January deal for £150k-a-week star

It has again been claimed that Chelsea are very much interested in trying to sign Juventus star Adrien Rabiot

The Frenchman has really struggled for game time this season at Juventus and he wants more guaranteed football at this stage of his career as he is not getting any younger

Despite being one of the most gifted central midfielders in the game – Rabiot has never really adapted to Italian football like many had hoped – and Juventus are also keen to make sure that they get his massive £7M a season wages off the books

He is out of contract at the end of the season – and with Chelsea boss Graham Potter keen to add some more quality to his side – there has been some rumours that a move by the Blues will be made

As per Fichajes, Chelsea’s main objective for the upcoming winter transfer window is to complete the signing of Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

As things stand, the Bianconeri will not stand in the player’s way provided the Blues match the asking price for the player.

Rabiot is a very gifted midfielder and it has been strange to see him struggle in that Italian League – but with Kante done at Stamford Bridge – this could be a very good swap deal opportunity
