Chelsea informed they can sign powerhouse for massive €140 million

Chelsea have been informed that they must pay a fee of €140m if they wish to complete a deal for Napoli star Victor Osimhen

It is no secret that the club are still in need of adding another striker to the attack – and were heavily linked with a move for Osimhen in the summer – but failed to make a move as they did not want to pay his massive £70 million asking price

However – there is no doubt that Graham Potter still wants to add to his attack this transfer window and many media outlets believe that they could reignite their interest in Osimhen.

Now – According to a report from Italian journalist Ciro Vanerato, the likes of Chelsea have been informed that the asking price for Osimhen has increased from last summer to the whopping fee it is now.
