Long-term Chelsea transfer target open up and reveals offer to Premier League

Once -linked Chelsea target Hulk is listening to offers from the Premier League as he prepares to leave China on a free transfer in January.

There was a point back in 2012 that Hulk was one of the most sought after players in the game after impressing over the Portuguese League with Porto and was being chased by some of the games biggest and best clubs.

But money got in the way and the 34-year-old striker moved to the Chinese Super League in 2016 after deciding to step away from top level football and take the massive pay-day that a move to China offers players like him these days.

But He will not renew his contract at Shanghai SIPG and will leave when his current deal expires on December 31, and Hulk told Brazilian outlet Lance: “I am listening to many proposals from Brazil and many places including in Europe.

“[I have offers from] Turkey, Portugal, England, Spain, Italy, Germany – and I also have an offer from China.

“Every day more new proposals arrive. I thank God I have a name that’s very strong in the market.

“The clubs have been following me and I keep up to date physically, it helps a lot.

“I will not put money ahead of football. I am talking to God to make the best decision, be very happy and continue my career.

“Where I went, I made history. I ask him God bless me and I keep writing this beautiful story in football.”

Shame, he could have been a world class player in Europe.
