Reports have claimed Real Madrid are ready to offer Isco-plus-cash to sign Chelsea star Eden Hazard.
Hazard has been in the headlines on a daily basis over the course of this season and there is constant speculation that he will indeed pack his bags at the end of the season, sell his nice big house and jump on a plane to sign for the Spanish giants in a deal worth around £200 million
Hazard only stayed last summer as we could not afford to lose him ahead of Maurizio Sarri’s first season, with the Italian boss desperate to work with one of the most gifted and talented wingers currently in world football.
But despite speculation that we are hoping Hazard signs a nice big 3350,000-a-week contract to stay at Stamford Bridge, Hazard has seemingly made up his mind and told the club last week that he wanted ‘no regrets’ when he hangs up his playing boots, hinting a move to the Bernabeu is what he wants.
Now reports on OK Diario has claimed Madrid are ready to offer unhappy midfielder Isco as part of the deal which would see Hazard leave for Spain, as the Madrid midfielder is seemingly done at the Bernabeu after failing to fully establish himself in the side this season.
The report goes on to say that the potential deal would not be wholly different to the one which saw Thibaut Courtois join for £31m in the summer along with Mateo Kovacic heading to west London on a season-long loan.
Would we really consider this deal if it seriously takes shape?
Hazard is one of the best players in world football and losing him would be a massive blow to the side, but his mind is seemingly made up and the club now need to try and get the best possible deal for when he departs.
And with the Belgian seemingly set for a move to Madrid and Isco seemingly eyeing up a move away, this could be the perfect scenario for us as we are big admirers of the Spaniard.
This is a deal worth considering, if it were to happen.
