Frank Lampard has already made his moves to try and get some big transfer deals done over the past few months, and already has managed to agree a bargain deal for the brilliant Hakim Ziyech, who agreed a £37 million move to the bridge.
He has also reportedly agreed a deal to bring Timo Werner to the side, with reports claiming that he has agreed a massive five-year contract at the club, But there is also talk that Kai Havertz could be making the move to the Bridge, with reports talks are in progress to take him to the club for a massive £70 million.
