Havertz will have no problem getting settled as Chelsea new boy Werner explains
Kai Havertz should have no problem settling in when he completes his move to Chelsea, as Timo Werner will help the incoming signing.
Havertz is still number one transfer target and has been in the headlines alot over the past few months, but The attacker is understood to have completed his medical ahead of his transfer, where he will join international teammates Toni Rudiger and Timo Werner.
And he should have no problem setting into the club, as Werner explains that he found it easy to adjust with the players that are already at the club, and the German star will even be able to help his young compatriot.
“I haven’t had to speak this language since my school days,” Werner told chelseafc.com.
“It’s not been as hard as I expected though, everyone has helped me settle in. People have spoken very slowly so I can understand and right now I feel very happy.
“I can understand everything and communicate in English.
“Having someone who can speak German always helps, and also Kova [Mateo Kovacic] can speak German too, so he’s helped me settle in.
“They have helped me around the training ground but also in explaining to me where is good to go for dinner, where is good to live, things like this.
“I didn’t know London very well, I’d only visited a few times, so it was really important to have two guys like this helping me settle in.”
Havertz will be welcome by everybody, and we will all make sure that he becomes settled quickly
