Chelsea have made big decision regarding high-earning Premier League star

CHELSEA have reportedly made a decision over Raheem Sterling ahead of the January transfer window amid his disappointing loan spell at Arsenal.

Sterling joined us from Man City in 2022 for a fee of £47.5million, with the England international tallying 31 direct goal contributions [19 goals, 12 assists] in 81 appearances for the Blues.

However – the decision was made in the summer transfer window that he would be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge and make the loan move to Arsenal, who were interested in adding a bit more depth to that Gunners side.

But Blues winger Sterling, 30, has failed to make much of an impact on the pitch since joining the Gunners in a temporary switch back in August. He has played 11 games for Mikel Arteta’s side to date, registering just one goal and two assists for Arsenal.

Sterling was handed a rare start in Arsenal’s Carabao Cup win over Crystal Palace last week – but he’s struggled for minutes across the Premier League and Champions League – and is regularly an unused substitute.

Despite his lack of game time, though, the board have decided they will not recall Sterling from his season-long loan at the Emirates in the January transfer window, according to The Athletic.

Sterling is happy to sit on the bench every week for Arsenal, he can stay there as the club are also paying most of his wages. We are sure that he has played his last game for the club, he will be sold in the summer
