Chelsea have already made offer for defender that Tuchel loves

It has been claimed that Chelsea are in love with the signing of Joules Kounde and will make another offer in the summer

Sevilla defender Jules Kounde is apparently top of the club’s wish list according to the journalist, after a move was said to be close last summer.

The French international has featured in 19 La Liga matches so far this season and is contracted at the club until June 2024, but he is heavily tipped to leave the Spanish side in the summer

It is no secret that Thomas Tuchel will need to add a few more defenders to the squad on the coming window as a number of stars could actually be leaving on a free, and there has been some big names linked with our club.

Kounde is playing the ‘last leg of his career at Sevilla’ and will leave them as their record sale in the summer. That’s according to Fichajes.net, who say the former Bordeaux man wants to join a top club that fights for the Champions League.

It’s claimed Thomas Tuchel’s side ‘love him’ and after having ‘already made an offer’ for Koundé in 2021, the club ‘will do it again in a few months’. In other words, the Premier League side will make another proposal in the next window.

Kounde is a very special talent that has the ability to be one of the best defenders in the game. So if the club are going to sign the man, he would be a brilliant addition to the squad

But we are not the only club interested and may have to fend off a number of clubs to get Kounde signed
