Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland has heaped praise on teammate and Chelsea transfer target Jadon Sancho.

We may be concentrating on getting back in training and trying to get back inside the top four for Champions League football next season, but there has already been alot of speculation in the media about players that Frank Lampard will try and sign in the summer to improve his squad.

And one of the players that is reportedly on the shopping list of the boss is that of Jadon Sancho, who has become one of the most talked about players in the game and has been constantly linked with a move to the Premier League, with all the big guns linked with a swoop.

However, with the Coronavirus outbreak taking all the headlines, big transfer fees will become a thing of the past due to the coronavirus pandemic and no big club will be willing to pay £100 million for Jadon Sancho in the summer.

However, away from the speculation, there are many at the club that believe that he will stay in the summer, and Haaland is one of those players.

Haaland has been a sensation since joining the Bundesliga side from Salzburg and is delighted to be playing alongside a ‘fantastic player’ in Sancho, who has 14 goals and 16 assists from 23 appearances so far this season in the German top-flight.

Haaland told ESPN: “He’s a fantastic player, and the stats don’t lie what he’s been doing for us this season, so he’s a fantastic player and he will become even better.

“We are lucky to have him here.”

We are desperate to strengthen their squad in the transfer window and close the gap on the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City, and believe signings like Jadon Sancho will be enough to come in and improve the side.
