Chelsea have been told that Antoine Griezmann has absolutely no intentions of leaving Barcelona in the summer window.

Griezmann was one of the most om-demand players of the transfer window last summer, with a whole host of clubs linked with a possible move for the Frenchman, but in the end, it was Barcelona who completed a massive £108 million move to complete the deal.

The Frenchman has been hit and miss for the Spaniards this season as he copes with life at the Camp Nou, but now Spanish outlet AS suggest the club are looking to save money as they come under strain during these unprecedented times.

And the reports suggest Big money signing Griezmann could be put up for sale to raise capital after failing to impress Barcelona bosses since arriving from the Spanish capital in July, and managing resources is key for the club and they may look to ship former Real Sociedad star Griezmann out on loan to get him off the wage bill.

However, Mundo Deportivo journalist Francesc Aguilar has opened up and claimed that the Frenchman has no desire to leave the Camo Nou in the summer: “Antoine Griezmann wants to stay in Barca, he has no intention of leaving the Camp Nou. That said, the possibility of signing the Barcelona striker is increasingly valued within the PSG.

“He’s got more supporters at the club every day, starting with Leonardo,”

Lampard knows he needs to add someone like Griezmann to the attack, and for £108 million, it is the type of player that could be as game-changer for the side. SO HOPEFULLY HE WILL COME ONTO THE MARKET
