Granovskaia to solve problem in January after World Cup winner makes Chelsea decision

Transfer chief Marina Granovskaia has a decision to make in the next few weeks after Olivier Giroud reportedly decided that he wants out in January.

Last season Giroud was heavily linked with a move away from the club for most of the season and many expected him to pack his bags in the transfer window and head over to Italian football.

Giroud ended up scoring an impressive eight goals in the final 13 league games to help the clkub secure a top-four finish, and that prompted the club to make the big decision to keep hold this season and use him as the third striker.

Timo Werner and Tammy Abraham are both enjoying alot of game time at the club, while Giroud is failing to even make substitute appearances, meaning that he has once again become disillusioned with life at the London club.

And  Football London  claim Giroud has one eye on leaving in January to make sure of his place in France’s squad for next summer’s European Championships.

Inter Milan have been long linked with signing the striker and Granovskaia will likely have to make a decision on whether to let him leave this time around, or keep him until the summer window.

Look, the decision to keep hold of Giroud was a big one from the club to make in the transfer window and it is one that shocked many people, but his lack of game time cannot come as a shock to the fans?

He will be missed if he leaves, but we will understand if he goes
