Coutinho opens up and has Chelsea boost in bid to seal £100 million transfer deal

Barcelona star Phillipe Coutinho has opened up a future move to Chelsea, but admits he is focused on the Spanish giants right now.

Barcelona signed the Brazil international from Liverpool in a £142 million deal last January, and he seemingly adjusted to life at the Nou Camp with relative ease, becoming one of the most creative players at the club.

However, for some strange reason his move has not worked out and he has been frustrated by his lack of game time at the Camp Nou, with some suggestions even claiming that he is open to the idea of leaving the cub.

And according to recent reports, we have been monitoring Coutinho’s situation and have already approached the midfielder’s club about a possible £100 million deal, as Maurizio Sarri knows he must add something different to our already impressive attack

But he has admitted that anything is possible in the coming windows, but is looking to just work hard for his current club.

He told BeIN Sports: ‘Nobody knows what will happen in the future. All I have in my head right now is to work hard.’

Here is what we think.

With Eden Hazard seemingly on his way out of the club and reports Willian may follow quite quickly after, the signing of Coutinho would be brilliant for the club in more ways than one.

The Brazilian is a world class midfielder and would certainly help fill the void if we lose both Hazard and Willian at the end of the season, so if we are seriously interested In trying to secure a transfer deal then we best move quickly as many clubs will be interested in trying to wrap up a deal for Coutinho.

We would more than welcome Coutinho to the club.
