CHELSEA will reignite their interest in signing Nico Williams this summer window after they agreed to let Noni Maduake join Arsenal.

Maduake had his breakout season at the club last campaign and put in some good performances, with those displays leading to England calling him up, where he also impressed in that National shirt.

However – he is one player that we have been keen to sell this summer after their summer spending spree, and now an agreement has now been struck, Fabrizio Romano reports, with Chelsea accepting Arsenal’s offer which is in excess of £50million with add-ons included.

Madueke will now sign a five-year deal to become the sixth player to swap Stamford Bridge for the Emirates during Mikel Arteta’s reign in north London

And once that deal goes through and Maduake makes the move to the Emirates, reports have claimed that Nico Williams is a player that the club are ready to make a move for at some point this transfer window.

Nico Williams is one of the most talked about wingers in the game right now and is a player that have been linked with some of the games biggest clubs because of that £48 million release clause.

We have been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge for the past few weeks as it has been claimed on numerous occasions that Enzo Maresca is a massive fan of the Spanish star and is ready to pay big money to get a deal done.

IcChelseanews says…

If we can replace Maduake for Williams, that would be amazing deal – it is as simple as that.
