Guys here is a roundup of the latest Chelsea news, gossip and transfer rumours from icchelseanews.com

Raul Jimenez has sent the likes of Chelsea a transfer message about a possible summer move.

After recently becoming the club’s top scorer in Premier League history – netting his 23rd league goal to overtake Steven Fletcher’s 22, interest in a Premier League deal has taken another leap forward, with United hot on the list of possible suitors

Jimenez, 28, has 10 goals and six assists in the Premier League this season for Champions League hopefuls Wolves, and we believe that he could be a good buy for us, especially after Frank Lampardfailed to sign any strikers during the January transfer window.

He is a very good player who has had a great season, and from what we are hearing, there will be a lot of top clubs trying to sign him in the summer, but despite all the interest, he could do a job, he could be a great partner for Tammy Abraham.

But Jimenez has opened up and poured water on a possible move to United, by claiming that he is more than happy at Wolves: “I have a contract until 2023,” the 28-year-old wrote. “It’s not that we have to qualify for the Champions League in order to stay.

“I’m good [here], happy with Wolves, doing important things – me as well as the whole team.

“We’ve been trying our best since the start of last season. We’ve qualified for the Europa League, now we’re fighting for a Champions League spot.

“And it’s the big motivation to keep growing as a player and getting into the Champions League is always a plus that satisfies you and keeps you thinking about big things.”

Chelsea are on the brink of signing Lille defender Gabriel Magalhaes in the summer.

There has been a shutdown of football over the last few months and many fans have become frustrated at the lack of action during the Coronavirus outbreak, but that has not stopped speculation about possible arrivals to Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Frank Lampard knows that he needs to sign defenders in the summer as the current crop are not quite good enough, and he has been linked with a whole host of players over the last few months, but it seems that he could be set to hijack Everton’s move for Gabriel

Gabriel is the latest player to rise to prominence at Lille having joined the Ligue 1 outfit from Brazilian minnows Avai FC in 2017, and recent reports suggested Everton have had an offer for his services accepted with The Independent reporting that the 22-year-old had already passed off-site medical checks.

But according to Eurosport reporter Manu Lonjon, that they have been usurped by Premier League rivals Chelsea, who are on the brink of securing his signature: “Gabriel (LOSC) at Chelsea is very hot,” Lonjon wrote on TWITTER. “Almost completed. Everton also tries it but Chelsea far ahead…”

Gabriel, who extended his contract with Lille in January until 2023, recently responded to talk of a move to the Premier League: “I just renewed the contract,” he said.

“I heard about conversations, I saw things on websites in England, but I have my head in Lille.

“I’m very calm to finish the season well and to achieve great things next season.”

Look we would welcome most players to the side, but do we really need players like this that most of us havent even heard of? Would he really improve this squad that much? Probably not!

Borrusia Dortmund have revealed that they will not stop in the way of Jadon Sancho leaving in the summer, with Chelsea linked.

There has been alot of speculation in the media suggesting that we are willing to splash around £100 million in the summer to try and acquire the services of Sancho, who has become one of the most exciting wingers in the Bundesliga over the last few seasons.

Frank Lampard is keen to bolsters his squad at the end of the season and improve the side enough to get back challenging for that Premier League title, and also as a possible replacement for the likes of Willian and Pedro. who have been tipped to leave the club at the end of the season.

Now Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke says the club will not stand in the way of Sancho if he wants to leave in the summer, with Sky Sports reporting that when the transfer window re-opens, Sancho will leave Dortmund after another impressive season with the German side.

“You always have to respect what the player wants,” Watzke told Bild.

“We already said before corona that our preference is for Jadon to remain with us.

“I can say clearly that even the very rich clubs, despite the current existential crisis, shouldn’t think they can get a bargain from us. We don’t have to sell anyone below their value.”

lOOK, WE would love to see Sancho make the move to the Bridge as he would add something special to the attack, so if he is able to move, then we should pay the kind of money that it would need to sign him.

He is brilliantly gifted and already has that star quality that we have been missing since eden hazards departure, so hopefully we can complete this deal before anyone else.
