£85m rated midfielder eyes Premier League move as Chelsea told Dybala to leave Juventus?
Bruno Fernandes spoke out about his future amid speculation Chelsea are interested in a summer deal
We are keen to splash the cash and bring in another creative midfielder, especially now that star man Eden Hazard has decided to leave the club after months of speculation.
And one name which has been linked with a possible move to Stamford Bridge over the past few weeks is that of Fernandes, with the Sporting Lisbon midfielder impressing this season and helping his side with 50 goals this season, either created or scored.
And we he will have a good chance of getting a deal done, especially after Fernandes admitted his dream of playing in the Premier League.
He said on Radio Renascenca (via Calciomercato.com): ‘ I never said that I wanted to leave, I am happy here. Even so, sometimes you can’t say no to certain offers.
“I would only leave if Sporting also agree to this. I dream of playing in England….’
Meanwhile, Paolo Dybala is set to leave Juventus, now that Maurizio Sarri is heading to Turin.
Sarri leaves Chelsea after just one season in which they finished third in the Premier League, which gained Champions League football next season, and secured the 60-year-old’s first major trophy as a manager.
Recent reports in the media all suggested that the Argentine was set to leave Juventus this transfer window, and with the club officially announcing that Sarri is leaving the club, Italian Football expert Ian Digby has claimed it could end badly for many associated with the club, not just Dybala.
He told Sky Sports News on Dybala: “I think Dybala will be the one player who is forced to move on.
“I think the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo forced Juventus to play a front three for the most of last season and the only position available to Dybala in that system is wide on the right – that doesn’t suit him.
“He is much more comfortable down the middle behind a conventional No 9. And he has really struggled to adapt to that this season.[the_ad id=”164”]
