Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has admitted he does not want to talk about potential January signing Christian Pulisic.

And one name that has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, is that of Pulisic, who is regarded as one of the finest talents in world football, and one player that could be the long-term replacement for Eden Hazard.

But after reports emerged earlier this week which suggested that we had made the first move to try and sign Pulisic, Sarri has admitted he has no intention of talking about another clubs player.

‘I don’t want to talk about a player from another club,’ said Sarri on the Metro website.

It is widely believed that Borussia Dortmund are now ready to cash in on Pulisic in the coming windows for a fee of £70 million after the emergence of exciting Englishman Jadon Sancho. (READ MORE)

Eden Hazard believes Chelsea team-mate Ruben Loftus-Cheek will become one of the best midfielders in the country.

Hazard, who is arguably one of the best midfielders in world football, has become the main man at Stamford Bridge over the last few seasons and is arguably the only real superstar in the Chelsea line-up.

He has seen Loftus-Cheek work his arse off over the last few months after the Englishman rejected a move away in the summer to stay and fight for his Chelsea career, believing he has the ability to be the clubs future.

And despite the fact he has not managed many games in the Premier League, he already has five goals to his name this season, and has impressed many when he gets his chance.

Now, amid speculation that Loftus-Cheek could leave the club, Hazard has told his team-mate that he has the ability to become one of the best players in the country.

“He’s a fantastic player. We all know. I’ve trained with him for five years,” Hazard told Sky Sports.

“I saw him when he was young, now he is not so young but he can still improve. But in the future I think he will be one of the best midfielders in the country.” (READ MORE)

Cesar Azpilicueta has signed a new contract with Chelsea until 2022, and has admitted he is delighted with the new deal.

The 29-year-old defender, signed from Marseille for £7m in the summer of 2012, has made 298 appearances for the club and has established himself as one of the first names on Maurizio Sarri’s teamsheet.

His versatility along the back-line has been a huge asset for us over the seasons and although there has been some speculation Sarri is looking to buy a new full-back in the coming transfer windows, Azpilicueta remains a big part of the Italians plans.

And after signing the new contract at Stamford Bridge, the defender told the club website: “‘I am really happy to extend my stay here at Chelsea.

“Since I came, I felt the joy and responsibility to play for this club, these fans, and every time I go on the pitch I try do my best.

“Hopefully there is a lot to come and we can keep Chelsea where it belongs.” (READ MORE)
