Brazilian maestro Coutinho opens up and sends Premier League message to Chelsea

Chelsea target Philippe Coutinho has not ruled out a Premier League return, amid speculation he could leave Barcelona in January.

Coutinho was a superstar at Liverpool during his time in the premier League and earned that big money move to the Camp Nou just a few seasons ago, but despite his quality, he has never fulfilled his potential at the Spanish outfit.

However, the Brazilian playmaker has hit some form under Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman, notching two goals and two assists in seven LaLiga appearances, but there is still some speculation in the media that he will be one of the big names sold in the January window.

This Barcelona side is ageing and needs to be freshened up, but with the COVID-19 still hitting clubs financially, it means that they will need to sell before they are able to freshen up the side in the coming window.

And amid all the speculation that we are one of the clubs interested in a potential transfer deal, The former Liverpool man told World Soccer: “The Premier League is one of the most exciting leagues in the world and to have the chance to play there with a team like Liverpool will always be something I will feel grateful for.

“It is impossible to say what might or might not happen in the future – but what I know is that right now my only focus is on being successful with Barcelona.”

Look, We already have a number of world class players that are making big impacts at the club, but with so many games over the course of the season, how could we not want the club to make a move for Coutinho.

He is a real class act and a superstar of the game
