Chelsea can sign absolute wordlie on pre-contract agreement in January window
There is also the possibility of coming to a pre-contract agreement in January with players out of contract in the summer. One of those of interest to CHELSEA would be Alphonso Davies, according to Football.London
Alphonso Davies is a player that has the ability to play in a number of positions, and has been on the radar of the club for quite a few seasons, but they have never been able to get a transfer deal done.
However Davies is open to leaving Bayern Munich at the end of the season as his current deal with the Bundesliga giants is running out, and Bayern are open to letting him leave the club as they dont want to pay his massive wage demands.
And according to the latest reports, we will be able to hold talks with Davies in the January window in hope that they come to an agreement on whether or not he signs at the end of the season, although the Blues know that Real Madrid are also very interested in a deal too.

It is no secret that boss Enzo Maresca wants to add a bit more experience to the side when the transfer window opens up and would like to add a proven – versatile and world class player like Davies to the side.
So it will be interesting to see what happens because it seemed that a move to Madrid was one that Davies was going to make, but we will be able to offer a bigger wage packet to the defender that he may be interested in.
