Chelsea fans told summer transfer deal is very close to being completed

Marcos Alonso’s move from Chelsea to Spanish giants Barcelona is nearly complete, according to reports in the media this weekend

The Spanish star is currently enjoying a very good run in the team under Thomas Tuchel thanks to the injury that is keeping Ben Chilwell out of the squad, and looks like a very good defender, at times.

But there has constantly been speculation about players that could be arriving in the coming windows, despite all the drama surrounding the club right now, which will mean that Alonso will fall back down the pecking order at the club.

And that has constantly led to many reports in the media which have claimed that Chelsea are very much open to letting him go, especially as his contract at the club expires at the end of next season.

Nut now it seems that the club will be announcing that Alonso will be leaving the club this summer – as Dario Sport have claimed that a move to Barcelona is very close and talks are at an advanced stage

They Tweeted: ‘Negotiations between Barcelona and Chelsea for the signing of Marcos Alonso are at an advanced stage.

“It would be a financially beneficial operation for Barça, a transfer fee with variables that would be fulfilled with objectives.”

Alonso has been a very good servant for the club – but if he wants to leave then just let him go

Tuchel does not need players at the club that dont want to be here  – and we are sure that he will get the money to sign a very good replacement
