Great signing for Chelsea? as Blues agree personal terms to sign £50m million midfielder
Chelsea have reportedly ‘agreed personal terms’ with Declan Rice ahead of a summer transfer move
It is no secret that we have been one of the most active sides in the transfer window this summer, and have pretty much brought a squad that has the potential to challenge for that Premier League title this season.
But Frank Lampard is not done and there are constant reports that he is hoping to sign Rice before the transfer window in the early weeks of October.
Rice has become one of the best holding midfielders in the game over the past 12 months and his performances have led to many believing that he is far too good to stay at the Hammers, and needs to leave the club in order to further his career.
Now, according to Nicolò Schira, personal terms are agreed for Rice to make the move to Stamford Bridge in a deal that could cost the club a massive £200,000-a-week over the next five years.
Schira also claims talks are ongoing between the two London clubs with West Ham having already rejected a bid of €50M, plus add-ons.
There has been so many reports about a possible deal to sign Rice and if these reports are true, we will be welcoming a player that has the potential to go on and become one of the very best players in the game.
Surely fans would welcome his arrival?
However, we cant pay stupid money to get a deal done as the lad is not worth much more than £50 million.
