Chelsea announcement coming after Board agree terms with attacker

CHELSEA have reached an agreement with Estevao Willian over personal terms and he will make the move to Stamford Bridge in 2025.

We have been the big and controversial spenders in the Premier League over the last two years, with the club having spent over £1 billion on players, mostly youngsters, since Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital’s takeover of the club.
