Chelsea latest: Gifted midfielder close to agreeing five-year move
AC Milan are close to agreeing terms with CHELSEA midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
It will be all change for the club over the course of the transfer window as a number of players will be departing the club – and a few more added to the side.
And Loftus-Cheek has been a player that been linked with a move away from the club for some time.
He has made a total of 155 appearances since making his first team debut – registering 13 goals and 18 assists – and has also spent time out on loan at Premier League clubs Crystal Palace and Fulham.
But Loftus-Cheek could now be set to join former defender Fikayo Tomori at AC Milan in Serie A.
According to reports, the Italian club have been in direct contact with Loftus-Cheek for over two weeks and are now close to agreeing terms with the 27-year-old over a long-term contract.

Loftus-Cheek had the ability to be one of the worlds very best players – he really had everything to be a success.
But he could never really make it at the club and maybe this move is best for him – he is joining a top side and will experience the feel of Italian football.
There has been a few players leave for Italian football and reignite their careers – so Loftus-Cheek will be hoping that this move helps him fulfil his potential.
