Possible free signing drops transfer message with Chelsea interested in summer deal

Long-Term Chelsea target Hakan Calhanoglu has said his desire is to join Galatasaray at some stage in his career.

Thomas Tuchel is looking to add a few players to the squad in the coming transfer window, and just like with every other player in the game, we have been credited with a move for the midfielder.

Calhanoglu arrived in Turkey on Monday to link up with the national team for World Cup qualifiers, and amid all the speculation surrounding his future, he has stunned the likes of Chelsea by suggesting that he would like to play for Gala.

“I hope to play for Galatasaray in the future,” he was quoted on GOAL . “Why not? I got a lion tattoo because I cheer for Galatasaray.”

Talks over a new deal are set to continue with Milan, who remain confident that they will be able to find an accord with a player who boosted his negotiating position with the winning goal against Fiorentina on Sunday.

Look, we do believe that Hakan is a quality player that has huge potential, but Tuchel will not need to add much to that attack in the transfer window as he only really needs to add a striker.

But at the end of the day guys, do we really need to splash the cash in the transfer window to bring this guy to the club? I mean he is quality, but how many midfielders do we need in the squad before it gets too much?
