Chelsea stars agent fumes at sanctions as summer exits wanted

One Chelsea player’s agent has hit out at the UK Government handing out sanctions on the club that will stop players from coming in or being sold

The news broke on Thursday that owner Roman Abramovic has had all of his assets frozen by the government after weeks of rumours and speculation after Russia invaded Ukraine for no apparent REAL REASON.

It means that fans will not be able to purchase tickets to see their beloved club, they will not be able to open contracts talks with a number of players that are out of contract at the end of the season and it will mean they will not be able to sign any new stars either

According to Get French Football News, the agent of a French-speaking player texted the account, saying: ‘How can they ban the club from selling players?

‘Surely there are employment law implications for players who were due to leave now essentially being trapped?’

The player is not named by the French publication but there will be plenty of Chelsea stars whose futures now appear uncertain following the sanctions

The likes of Ngolo Kante, Romelu Lukaku, Jorginho and even Christian Pulisic have all been linked with moves away from the club at the end of the season, and whoever the player is that the agent is speaking about, will surely be hoping that a new buyer for the club is allowed to buy from Abramovic.

Many fans feel like the club are being punished when it should be Abramovic that is in the headlines for all the wrong reasons, the club havent actually done anything wrong

This is not right.
