Chelsea Chairman Bruce Buck has announced he will do all he can to keep hold of star man Eden Hazard.

It is no secret to many of us that Hazard is keen on a move to Real Madrid at the end of the season after weeks of announcing that la Liga is the place he wants to be, as he firmly believes a move to Spain will be his only opportunity to pick up the Ballon D’or and a Champions League title.

And there has been constant speculation in the media that the Spaniards will attempt to sign Hazard at the end of the season, with a whopping £200 million offer to be put on the table, although we may ask for more considering Hazard has bumped up his price in the last few weeks.
But that is something they are prepared for as Florentino Perez has reportedly put aside a whopping £500 million to add a few superstars to the squad in the coming transfer windows.

However, Buck says he and the club will do what they can to keep the star forward.

“Every Chelsea fan in London and around the world loves Eden Hazard,” Buck told beIN SPORTS.

“And he’s not only a great footballer but I think he’s a wonderful ad.

“And we want him to stay and we’ll do what we have to do to entice him to stay.”

Can we keep hold of Hazard? Here are out thoughts.

I would love for Chelsea to offer Hazard a big contract and keep him in the Premier League for the next three or four years, but the Belgian is no longer motivated by money and it seems his mind is made up to pack his bags and leave the club at the end of the season.

And I would rather they sold him next summer rather than lose him for nothing in two years time, so at some point the hierarchy will have to try and stop fighting to keep Hazard and line-up possible replacements.
