Brazilian is ‘in Chelsea’s future plans’ with Tuchel looking to wrap up very impressive defender
Real Madrid defender Eder Militao is in the plans of Chelsea
Fans were expecting some big things in the January transfer window as it was clear that Thomas Tuchel wanted to add some more quality to his squad. But despite all the rumours and all the speculation, The German didnt really get anyone in.
We were also linked with a move for Militao three years ago but lost out to Madrid who met his buy-out clause at Porto.
After two underwhelming seasons at the Bernabeu, Militao has become an increasingly important member of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad, making 31 appearances in all competitions this term.
Reports say Tuchel is a huge admirer of Militao and wants the board to bring him to Stamford Bridge in the summer, particularly if contract rebels Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen leave.
And AS report the Brazilian is ‘in Chelsea’s future plans’. He’s ‘on the radar’ of the Premier League club, and any swoop would be impressive for Tuchel’s side.

The January window has just closed and Tuchel must have been disappointed with the business that wasnt done. He has many months until the summer window now to find the right players to improve the squad.
Rudiger will be a big loss, but Militao is a classy defender that would thrive in the Premier League, he really could be a great buy for the club
