N’Golo Kante is not pushing for an exit from Chelsea and wants to be at the club despite interest from Antonio Conte’s Inter, reports have claimed.

We have been in the headlines alot over the past few weeks about all the players that are coming into the club, and Frank Lampard has put together a very exciting side for the start of the new season.

But there has also been some shock reports in the Media suggesting that Kante could be put up for sale this summer, with many reports in Italy suggesting that Inter Milan are keen to wrap up some sort of deal.

The World Cup winner is currently away on international duty with Olivier Giroud and is thought to be in good health after an injury-hit season last year, and despite all the transfer interest, reports on the GOAL website have claimed Kante is eager to stay at the club this summer.

Kante missed almost 50 per cent of his side’s matches last season, which became a cause for concern for Lampard, but he kept reiterating his desire to keep the midfielder throughout the season.

“He is an incredible player, I keep saying it and I mean it, he is huge for this club,” Lampard said at the end of June.

“He has been huge and he will be for a long time and I am happy with him.

“It is not just about N’Golo. I have got other midfield players and a lot of competition in midfield but at the moment, N’Golo is doing a really good job there.”
